The room was clean, but the A/C barely worked and it got really hot.

Cleanliness stood out during my stay. Hot showers were always available, and the beds offered great comfort. The central location made it easy to explore Faro, but noise was an issue at night from the bustling streets. The night porter was slow at check-in, which was frustrating after a long journey. My room was basic but served the purpose for an overnight stay. I couldn't get an early breakfast before my flight , especially with a 07:15 departure. a decent choice for a short visit but needs to improve on service timing and noise management.

Key entry system is outdated!!! Uncomfortable parking situation requiring constant trips to the meter!!! Noisy surroundings until 4am, not ideal for families trying to rest!!! Poor A/C made our stay sweltering!!!

I loved how clean and accommodating my room was. The hot shower was a treat after a long day of exploring. It was relaxing to unwind in the peaceful garden area or enjoy a quiet evening in the lounge. The Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from the great experience. 😊
